Bolts stops by the studio once a month for his Songlines show, bringing an eclectic bag of sounds with a soulful undercurrent.

Drawing from experience playing at various nights around the North West over the past decade, he’s developed a keen ear for captivating, enchanting music from a wide range of genres, with just as much emphasis on the dancefloor as the headphones. With residencies at nights such as So Flute in Manchester and Madnice in Liverpool, he’s cut his teeth playing to discerning crowds that won’t settle for one musical style.

Expect to hear anything from spiritual jazz to Chicago footwork, dub reggae to disco smashers, as Bolts follows the Songlinesand connects the dots between the past & the future. This month’s edition features new music from Ruby Rushtonon 22a Music,¬†Yadava, Cervoand many more. You can catch Bolts playing at Melodic Distraction’s Day & Night party on April 29th!
