Roots & Culture

Keith Marley has been DJing on the Liverpool scene for over 20 years. His Roots and Culture radio show is strictly vinyl, with each show dedicated to selecting tunes from across the genres.

Out in clubs, he is mainly known for spinning reggae and dancehall, however Keith often ventures into funk, hip-hop, drum & bass, and deep house. His residencies include The Magnet, The Camel Club, The Shipping Forecast, Yard at District and Krasnapolsky in Copenhagen, playing alongside the likes of Don Letts, DJ Vadim, Andy Smith, Big Youth, Dillinger and Julian Marley.

This month, after last month’s raucous Sound Clash, Keith takes a more mellow approach, delivering two hours of ultra chilled roots reggae and dub, spun on lovely 33s and 45s.
