Roots & Culture

Keith Marley has been DJing on the Liverpool scene for over 20 years. His Roots and Culture radio show is strictly vinyl, with each show dedicated to selecting tunes from across the genres.

Out in clubs, he is mainly known for spinning reggae and dancehall, however Keith often ventures into funk, hip-hop, drum & bass, and deep house. His residencies include The Magnet, The Camel Club, The Shipping Forecast, Yard at District and Krasnapolsky in Copenhagen, playing alongside the likes of Don Letts, DJ Vadim, Andy Smith, Big Youth, Dillinger and Julian Marley.

Keith also is an acclaimed filmmaker and lecturer at Liverpool John Moores. If you fancy a meditative laid back watch, then tune in to some very slow cinema for his latest film, a documentary shot on Ile de Ré in France, at: https://vimeo.com/442074012

Despite the terrible weather, Keith’s bringing the sunshine vibes and brightening up your day with two hours of the finest reggae! ❤️💛💚
