Starting a series of free parties in the North West of England in 2016 and later pushing into the world of booking influential figures on the scene, the ØSCILLATE co-founders are about to launch the first party in their ‘Ø Presents’ series on the 30th April at Buyers Club as well as a new monthly residency on Melodic Distraction Radio.
The party will run from 4pm-4am with Cabinet Records co-founders, Cab Drivers, and One Records co-founder, Adam Shelton coming together for 12 hours of music. This radio show headed by residents and co-founders, Marc Williams and Michael Dowding, consists of music from both Cabinet Records and One Records, with some unreleased material from friends and an exclusive preview of Company Is Family – ‘Naomi’, due to be released on their brand-new label, ØSCILLATE Records.
ØSCILLATE Records pushes quality underground house, techno and electronic music on both digital and vinyl platforms and will be launching this May. With music from Company Is Family garnering early support from the likes big-hitters such as of Dana Ruh, Spencer Parker and Alex Celler, the label has already generated interest amongst some key players.
ØSCILLATE’s free parties started on Liverpool’s underground scene last October, and since then the brand has gone on to host what they feel are some of the best resident DJ’s that the North West has to offer. Throwing parties in limited capacity venues with the focus purely on the sound, ØSCILLATE have already had the pleasure of welcoming Abandon Silence’s Harry Sheehan, MODU:LAR & mUmU’s Scott Grant, Tpot’s Adam Ross, Illusion Recordings’ Tom Craven, One Records’ S-ampel and Mint Club’s Annie Errez to their limited capacity free get togethers. We hope you enjoy the show!
