Marion Hawkes is a rising star of the Belfast scene.
With over two decades of collecting and obsessing over music, Marion’s sets are known for their genre and era spanning eclecticism, keeping the dance floor on its toes with ever changing rhythms and energy.
Having earned her stripes warming up for DJs on the local circuit, she is now known as a headliner in her own right. Co-founder of the female-focused duo GIRL & burgeoning queer disco Ponyhawke , Marion is one of the hardest working DJs on the Belfast scene, playing regularly in venues across the city.
This year has seen Marion expand outside of Belfast with gigs at Glasgow’s Sub Club, Stage & Radio Manchester, Electric Galway plus her Boiler Room debut on home soil at AVA Festival. Support credits include Optimo, Moodymann, Avalon Emerson, Objekt, Octo Octa, Moxie and Crazy P.
