We’re heading back out into the fields for our second festival broadcast of 2023. This time at We Out Here Festival.
Welcoming hosts from Melodic Distraction, wider North West friends and family of both the station and Nam Sound System alongside a whole host of We Out Here guests, this is set to be a special set of broadcast.
Born in Venezuela, raised in Britain, La Rumba take over the airwaves at We Out Here for their fourth edition at the festival.
Started in 2017 in Sheffield and later breaking through in Leeds, La Rumba have hosted some true legends and club heavyweights across the North of England, from Seun Kuti & Egypt 80, Dele Sosimi, and Nubiyan Twist, to Mr. Scruff, Midland, Optimo (Espacio), and Maurice Fulton.
Expect an assortment of Afro, Latin, and UK Jazz oriented sounds on a sunny Friday afternoon.
