Freak Response aka. Iain D. Sumner has been producing electronic music with a focus on live instrumentation, and DJ-ing at underground parties for several years (previously under the name Alchemical Reaction), while also being actively involved in the local scene.
Host of “The Neurofunk Podcast”, Freak Response has shared stages with the likes of Fabio & Grooverider, Nicky Blackmarket and Jinx In Dub, in addition to headlining several small nights in North West UK and playing numerous small festivals and outdoor parties. In 2018 Freak Response was featured in the Drum & Bass Arena North-West Focus, Propulsion Magazine (USA), and in 2019 has had several shows on Geneva’s DnBest terrestrial radio show.
