We’re currently on the look out for a new bartender and social media assistant to work with us at Melodic Bar!
This is a great opportunity for anybody looking to pick up a few extra hours in the short term, with room for the role to grow into a full-time position in the future.
We are currently looking for an experienced bartender to work 16 hours per week, with additional hours available seasonally. This includes; serving customers, event set ups and open/close procedures, stock take, stock ordering, cash handling and locking up. You will be working at times as part of a team, and at times as the sole member of staff.
In addition, successful candidates will assist the bar manager and marketing team with social media support. This includes; posting on socials, image creation, video creation and event promotion.

Melodic Bar is Melodic Distraction’s live music and bar space, situated on Constance Street in Liverpool’s Fabric District.
We’re a welcoming bunch and we love hosting boss events in our space. We frequently hold live music events, pub quizzes, brand collaboration events and much more. No two events are the same and there’s a constant revolving door of new and interesting faces to get to know.
We’re looking for candidates that can start immediately. We especially welcome applications from women, an LGBTQI+ background, those with a disability, Black, Asian or any other ethnic minority background as these groups are traditionally underrepresented in the hospitality industry.
