A UK jazz icon is coming to the University of Liverpool’s newly-opened, Tung Auditorium.
After a highly-acclaimed run of main stage festival performances at Love Supreme, Bestival and The London Jazz Festival, Courtney Pine brings his collaborative project with previous Melodic Distraction Radio guest, Zoe Rahman, to the Tung Auditorium.
After the duo’s previous collaboration, Song (The Ballard Book), saw Pine perform some of the most intimate shows of his career, the pair return to perform new material off Pine’s forthcoming record, Spirituality.
Joined for this iteration by a string quartet, the show arrives at the Tung Auditorium Friday 23rd September. Tickets are available here.
