In February, we celebrated LGBTQIA+ History Month on the airwaves and in the space with some specially curated programming, events and content.
Thursday ‘Mornings With’ shows were taken over by some boss local Queer organisations, with the wonderful GYRO YPAS, Homotopia, Here & Queer & Humble Abode brightening up the breakfast shows with some great tunes and informative chat!
Dan Chan & Severus Heyn hosted a weekly series dedicated to all things Drag and we had some great special editions of Artist Focus, with Darkfloor Sound exploring the work of Paula Temple and Yvonne & Anton looking back at the immense body of work put together by Arthur Russell.
We also hosted an LGBTQIA+ social event in the bar, all wonderfully sound tracked by Dan Chan, Olive & Hector Lee!
